I am writing to express my constant dissatisfaction with the service at the six roads branch!! Particularly in relation to the conduct of Raquel Slocombe. I found her manner to be very rude, abrupt and dismissive. Very unprofessional and unacceptable, especially given that customer service SHOULD BE a key pillar in building trust and maintaining client relationships. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Will not recommend!!

Poor customer service like wait times for quotes alone and took 5 minthes alone for a claim

I got a really good quote over the phone went in with intentions to pay upfront and get the policy. Underwriter was the worst service ever, not even a good morning, was acting like she's doing me a favor. Thanks but no thanks, I put my money with good service. To imagine that's the service I'm getting now, what will I get if I have to file a caim...... oooh no.

Quite possibly the worst service for a company in Barbados!! Literally called all 3 of their locations for ONE WEEK with no response! Collymore Rock goes to a voice mail and Speightstown or St. Philip just ring non-stop.
Called DAILY every day in the week at different times.. no response.
Decided to drive to their St. Philip branch in person to ask a question. There was a CLOSED sign on the door and will return at 2:30. I walked around Emerald City for almost an hour waiting for it to re-open. After 2:30 I went back and 2... TWO.. agents were inside sitting down doing basically nothing. No customers, nothing! This is the same office where no one can answer a phone for a week but sit down in an empty office. This is the office that BOTH people need to leave at the same time and close the office!!
