I purchased a TAG watch from a store in St. Kitts. The sales representative assured me that she would register it with TAG Heuer and that we would receive the certificate. It has now been a month, and nothing has happened. We’ve tried repeatedly to contact the store, but the numbers are either out of service or redirect to a different business. At this point, I’m genuinely concerned that I may have wasted my £2,100. Please be cautious when buying items from this store in St. Kitts.

Purchased diamond earrings at the airport. The sales assistant packaged two different sizes of earring that was not noticed until we arrived back in UK. Colombian emeralds customer service have ignored all attempts to contact them. Do not purchase from this supplier, customer care is not a priority.

Just okay, easy immigration system to navigate. Airport got lots of room for improvement. Like it as it is small and easy to maneuver.
