Do not book with Cool Vibes! Terrible service. We waited an hour and a half standing up and was told the driver was on his way then that the driver went home. We only had a few hours in St Lucia and our day was spent waiting on Cool Vibes.

I didn’t find Kevin on my own— he was a recommendation from my driver up north. I was in Soufrière for the day and needed a reliable way to get between Sugar Beach and Project Chocolat, and then back north. Unfortunately, Kevin was a huge disappointment, specifically because he lacked professionalism and basic integrity. I drive myself back home in the States, so I know my way around a car. When you’re traveling, you’re paying for convenience, but Kevin provided the exact opposite. Every time I called for a pickup, he gave me the classic "5 to 8 minutes" line. The first time, that turned into a 30-minute ordeal where even my shuttle driver felt so bad for me that he called Kevin himself to see where he was. Kevin still took another 15 minutes to show up after that. The worst part was the afternoon. I messaged him at 3:45 PM (giving him a head start since my tour ended earlier). He told me to give him "a couple minutes." That turned into an hour and twenty minutes of me sitting in a parking lot. I even told him I wasn’t feeling well, and he still couldn’t be honest about his ETA. He just kept saying he was "five minutes away" while I wasted over an hour of my vacation sitting on a curb instead of being at the beach or resting. While he’s "nice" in person and tries to cover his lateness with small talk, being friendly doesn't make up for being unreliable. He got me to my destination safely, but he still charged a hefty price despite wasting my entire afternoon and forcing me to cut my itinerary short. If you value your time and want a driver who actually respects their word, look elsewhere. There have to be more professional drivers in Soufrière than this.

We did a group trip with Kevin in Dec 2024 and he was the perfect driver/tour guide. Super flexible with times which was much needed since we had 10 people total. And took time to show us the most beautiful spots in St Lucia. Overall 10/10 and when I go back, I will definitely be booking with him again !

If I could give 10 stars out of 5, I would do it without hesitation! My stay in Saint Lucia was absolutely perfect and unforgettable, all thanks to Kevin. Thanks to him, I explored breathtaking places, tasted delicious local cuisine, and learned so much about the culture and history of Saint Lucia. Always punctual, attentive, and ready to personalize his services to your needs, Kevin goes above and beyond expectations. Whether you need a transfer, a tour, or even just recommendations, you can trust him without a second thought. He is more than just a driver or guide, he is a true ambassador of his island. Thank you so much, Kevin! I will definitely be back, and I 1000% recommend him to anyone visiting Saint Lucia. You won’t be disappointed!

Kevin was recommended to us, and we can definitely see why! Not only was the service friendly, professional with great communication prior to journeys, but Kevin also made sure to stop at a local eateries, (which was delicious!) but also point out island highlights throughout our journey. Even when he could not help directly, he ensured we made it to the airport on time and safely, in comfort and AC always! We will undoubtedly be using Kevin for all our trips back home.
