We only stayed here one night because we were bumped from our flight, but it was a nice stay. The rooms are very clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the infinity pool was delightful, though there is some damage in and around the pool that needs repairing. Also, the reception on the TV was terrible and unwatchable. The location of the hotel is convenient and the grounds are quaint and clean. We ate both dinner and breakfast at the on site restaurant. Dinner was great but breakfast wasn't very good. It seemed to be more geared toward Dutch tastes. The iguanas and birds were very entertaining, though. They worked as a team to get food whenever possible. We've heard about mosquito problems on the waterways but we didn't experience any - maybe because the wind was strong and consistent. Even during high season, the hotel did not seem too busy. We had the pool to ourselves. The staff was amazing! All were very friendly and helpful.

Great and affordable hotel. Significantly cheaper than most hotels and Airbnbs. Quick and easy drive to and from the airport and downtown. Lovely views of the canal. A golf cart and employee will get you from front desk to your room. Nice pool and a jacuzzi you can ask to be turned on if it’s not already. The restaurant and bar by the pool closes way too early (at 5 PM) but downtown is a short drive.

I had an amazing time in Bonaire. The staff and management during out April.19-22 2025 stay at this hotel deserve all five stars. The property is beautiful, of course they will be birds and iguanas, It is an island after all. It was quiet, our room was clean, and our beds were comfortable. I have no complaints about the food on the property. However, ordering out you have to use WhatsApp and hotel staff was very helpful with that. They even made reservations for us at beautiful restaurants. They even have a little snack section for purchase. Staff explained that there is a dollar a day tax you pay at the end of your stay.

Benjamin? NO! Ben-The-Man! Ben was the front desk receptionist that we dealt with during our stay at the hotel. At check in, there was some confusion between the booking system (Expedia) and the hotel's computers. Ben gave us an available room right away and decided to investigate further afterwards without using up our time so we could maximize our stay on the island. Towards the same evening, there was an issue with the generator in the same building and it was making a loud beeping noise. We went back to Ben and apparently when the power goes out the technician has to reset the machine (or something like that). Anyhow, he offered us another larger room with an even better view. But we had already settled in our current room so it made it difficult to pack up and go again with the kids. He provided us with up-to-date details on when the mechanics would come in and solve the issue. Ben dealt with the problems with great professionalism and customer service. Both issues were out of his control but it's how he handled them that made him stand out. Also, we did like the design of the hotel with its individual units, their colors and the pathway to get to them. The breakfast lady was also fantastic. Being on the island for 4 days already, a lot of people we met were nice and somewhat hospitable (ie: more reserved, never had high excitement energy) compared to other island nations. Even the people eating breakfast carried the same vibe - just simply existing. Some say that's just how the Dutch are but I cannot confirm or deny. The breakfast lady was the first person that brought the energy, the happiness and love in her voice. I really wished I could remember her name. She has the personality to carry the room and get noticed. I wish both employees the best!

Great centrally located hotel. It was a former Courtyard by Marriot. 30 min walk from airport, best to take taxi which is a 5 min drive. Close to downtown another 30 min walk or 10 min drive. It served its purpose for our weekend trip. Spent 3 days here. Maids changed towels every other day. Room Could have been cleaner lots of dust but still nice. Outside the room area had nice patio with chairs to sit. Lovely grounds, beautiful colored buildings with picnic tables and ice machines. Hopp scooters are by lobby to rent. Nice infinity pool (3 feet deep) with cabanas with outside dining and bar area. 24 hour gym, with conference rooms. I love the grounds here, with picnic tables and the waterways/ canals surrounding the location. I would stay here again!
