As a loyal customer, I have always appreciated the speed with which any issues I encountered were addressed and resolved. However, it would be desirable to offer additional benefits to regular customers.
Nevertheless, the absence of my fifth star is precisely due to this lack of benefits granted to loyal customers.

I bought a good tire, and after 200km, I got a flat due to a manufacturing defect on the sidewall. The tire showed no signs of wear anywhere else. The owner, very arrogant compared to his employee, told me he couldn't do anything because this kind of problem can happen after two months and the factory wouldn't cover the manufacturing defect. Yet this type of tire can easily last 5000km or more. This person didn't even offer any compensation. He even questioned whether I had ridden so little on the tire. In over 30 years of cycling, I've never experienced such poor and unpleasant service. Don't buy tires from them, or you risk paying over 40 euros for nothing...
In response to your reply: I showed you the condition of the tire, and I've been changing tires for 30 years with the proper equipment. I've never had this type of problem. And what about the arrogant tone with which you dismissed me? I simply told you it was theft. And at no point was I being impolite to you... you know very well what you're doing when you sell poor-quality products and then don't take responsibility... It's up to you to decide what you gain by losing a potential customer for other purchases or services... Regards

January 2024: New location, new store, large parking lot, more space, many items.
It would be nice if the person (a woman) working at this store were a little more welcoming; a smile would be appreciated. However, we found what we were looking for. We will be back. The store is well-stocked and well-organized. They have very good products. The service is friendly. I recommend this store without hesitation. I can't comment on the prices, as I'm not an expert.

👍🏽Great shop, very well stocked, you can find absolutely everything for cycling, including quality equipment.
And the advice from the professionals is excellent.
The only slight downside is the somewhat cold welcome.
