Went today brought 4 fish burgers. Everyone said the burgers were juice and they were very flavourful. Service is amazing the gentleman who served us was very polite.

Excellent fish cutter, on a great beachside location.
The hot sauce was delicious and packs a punch 🔥

The double cutter sandwhich was 5/5! The fish was grilled perfectly, not dried out / and the bun it was on was really soft. Just a lovely cutter sandwich overall. The line up is long for a reason. Definitely a must try when at Pebbles Beach.

Amazing fresh food, ghe fish served is marlin and its seasoned perfectly. Its a hole in the wall but so worth it.

I'm genuinely puzzled by the high ratings for Cuzz Café Fish Stand.
As a Bajan who is back on the island for a month, and return every year, I was looking forward to enjoying a good fish cutter. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. After one bite, I couldn't continue eating it and threw the rest away—the worst fish cutter I've ever had, not just in Barbados but anywhere.
When ordering, the owner repeatedly emphasized that the fish was marlin—as if that alone guaranteed quality. The real issue, however, was the preparation. The fish had been sliced with the grain instead of against it, making it exceptionally tough and difficult to chew. This is a fundamental mistake that significantly affects the texture and overall eating experience.
Given the reputation of this stand, I expected much better. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend it. There are many places on the island serving far better fish cutters for the same price.
Save your money and spend it elsewhere.
