I’ve been to this spot a few times, and this most recent visit did not disappoint! I had the red snapper, which was perfectly moist, decently seasoned, and absolutely delicious. The roast vegetables on the side were good too — I’d have loved just a few more veggies, but the fish really stole the show.
Service was solid, and the atmosphere was lovely. Definitely recommend stopping by! 🌿🐟

Shamya was great. Very polite and helpful. Attentive. Also knew how to serve. Didn’t lean across always approached me from the right even though would have been easier to reach across me. Good food.

This restaurant had beautiful decor, fabulous scenery however food was disappointing. Cocktails were watery, we ordered blackened filleted fish with Basmati rice only to be served the fish on a bed of tomato sauce with woody fried cassava chips which were inedible. We pointed this out to the waiter who went back to the kitchen only to be told there wasn't any basmati rice so they'd just given us cassava without even offering us a choice of an alternative. The Manager came and apologised only then we were offered fries. Then when the bill arrived nothing was deducted. Full payment was required. Therefore we would not recommend this restaurant 😐

I have visited Deia 4x now as it’s super close to my home, it’s got a gorgeous view and has a pool and a beach. I keep trying to love this place and reccomend it but I’m torn and that is reflected in my review.
As a Bajan Canadian with a home here, I also am an Airbnb superhost of 14 years so I make a lot of reccos to my guests. This is on my list of must visits but rapidly moving onto my “visit with caution” list.
Here’s why. Half their menu is pizza that looks delicious. One of my gal pals from Toronto told me the pizzas are amazing. So I purposely picked this spot for a very special 10th birthday party after looking at tons of other spots. The day we arrived, the pizza oven was down. This completely ruined the day and our meal even though they tried hard to make up for it. 4x now I’ve tried to get pizza and it’s “down”. Either fix it or remove pizza from your menu instead of this bait and switch crap.
The food that they have is excellent. The vibe is great but today was the last straw. I asked my server for water - hard to get until I finally went to the bar and just started getting it myself. I also spilled a full mojito bussing my own table. I asked to get another one - that came fast but was still charged for this. I kinda get it but on top of the pizza and lack of water (I asked 5x - unreal), I am so not impressed.
I have zero issues with the prices. I regularly dine at QP Bistro and other high end restos in BIM. But I do except the service and communication to be at that level.
Barbados has so many great spots with amazing food, drinks and views. I would love to give this place a 5-star like many other spots, but I just cannot. Sadly.

We had a lovely day to celebrate my birthday would recommend booking ahead just to make sure you don’t miss out! Our servers were great and very attentive. Kemar looked after us very well. A great find on the last day of our holidays! We will recommend to our friends and definitely return. Thanks for a great relaxing day.
