BGI departures depending on your airline service quality might vary. The area is very spacious and well organized,after checking you can grab something from chefetee before going in. On the inside all the shopping is available with CAFEs and all that.

The Airport us great and serves its purpose. Can get really busy when tour busses arrive with their people

The check-in / bag drop area is outside of the airport and it can get quite hot. They have some massive ceiling fans, but queuing here is quite uncomfortable. They do offer free water bottles which helps and is appreciated though.

A bit of interesting history of Concorde , plenty of rest rooms , clean and quiet place

Going thru security with an infant and toddler was made easier with help of great staff. American Airlines staff (ticket agents) was great too
