I had such a great and positive experience with DHL I definitely had to share. From the moment I came in, I was assisted by a very polite agent, who ensured my documents were all there. It was a very quick and efficient service. My documents had to be returned to me and received a call from the driver to ensure I was available to accept the delivery; he too was amazing. My only regret is that I didn't get their names. Keep up the great DHL, Excellence was simply delivered! #happycustomer

First time ever, such poor service. You drop the ball this time. The package was to be delivered on the 16th of October. No calls emails. Just package on hold. Ready for clearance. On hold. Etc. Had to get in my car for the second time and drive to ask what was happening. Today is the 21st..

Companies in Barbados should get Elvis, Betty and Ingrid to show them what is good customer service. You are greeted with Betty's beautiful and charming smile and if she is busy Elivis or I Ingrid will be quick to assist.

If I could sum up my experience in one word it would be Fantastic. I am more than pleased with the level of customer service I received. Elvis loves his job and it is evident.
