Companies in Barbados should get Elvis, Betty and Ingrid to show them what is good customer service. You are greeted with Betty's beautiful and charming smile and if she is busy Elivis or I Ingrid will be quick to assist.
Was ordering some radio equipment recently and the company was tellimg me they were shipping with" purple" into Barbados. The company lost the sale because I was not willimg to endure stressful and prolonged clearing delays on my equipmet reaching
When I ship with DHL I know I will get my delivery within 72 hours

Service was excellent. Elvis at your Broad Street branch brought a calm to my day. He was patience, understanding and very professional. I felt as though he heard my concerns and was efficient in his responses. He was very commited to ensuring satisfaction. Great job and committed to excellence.

I was having a not so nice day and feeling a little stressed but Ingrid was like an angel sent to help me. Her patience & care was like a soothing gust of calming air. She guided me through the entire process and I left the office feeling much better.

I had such a great and positive experience with DHL I definitely had to share. From the moment I came in, I was assisted by a very polite agent, who ensured my documents were all there. It was a very quick and efficient service. My documents had to be returned to me and received a call from the driver to ensure I was available to accept the delivery; he too was amazing. My only regret is that I didn't get their names. Keep up the great DHL, Excellence was simply delivered! #happycustomer
