Although no longer connected to the former Oyster Bay location, the rebuilt Simpson Bay restaurant delivers the same great food and welcoming atmosphere. The giant spicy chili cheese dog, topped with smoky, flavorful chili, is a standout. Picnic benches, bar seating, and TVs make it perfect for game day.

If you’d picture yourself in a Caribbean waterfront location overlooking turquoise water, yachts with lush green hills in the background… sipping the most delicious cocktails and eating the best comfort food on the island, all while enjoying a crazy relaxed atmosphere, music in the background…. you can only be at the Dinghy Dock Sailors Bar!

This is a fun sea side bar resto. The staff are great and very friendly.
The food was excellent 🤤. I had a hard time deciding what to eat as their were a lot of unique items alongside many familiar items.
The bar it self has plenty of seating. The chairs around the bar are made from old beer kegs and there are quite a few bench style tables inside and out

This is our second time here and the food is always spectacular! Dean the chef is top notch. Our server Thelma was amazing! We had wings, ribs, burgers and the fries are fresh cut and steaming hot! The IPA was good. We will be back before we leave sxm! Only pic we took was the Dark n Stormy

Great Bar for casual Drinks.. also great food at great prices . the Bbq rib hoggie is a winner !
Matt behind the bar was very attentive and polite . always makes me feel very welcome here !
would highly recomend !
