Excellent food, lovely relaxing environment. My favourite restaurant so far, but I've not eaten in them all yet. Delicious tasty food and very well presented. The Lamb Chops are made in heaven 😋

The food here is great we’ve come for meals 3 times (breakfast and lunch) during our stay at the Royalton. The Salt Fish is a great taste of local quinine and the eggs Benedict you can’t go wrong with.

Our fav restaurant at royalton st lucia. We had lamb chops and steak. Both very nice and well cooked. Deserts are OK.

While staying at the Hideaway, we instantly fell in love with the Dorado and their service! The food was always fresh and we couldn’t get enough of it. In total we ate breakfast there two times and dinner two times, while still trying out other restaurants. For anyone who is thinking do I do the hideaway side, yes and highly recommend upgrading to Diamond club status!

We had a great evening. Table outside but it was already dark so no views. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Food was nice and tasteful. I can definitely recommend this restaurant.
