We enjoyed great views of Antigua and the blue ocean from up here. We learned a lot about the history of the island and the people at the Interpretation Center that presented it all in an interesting theater format. Everyone was very friendly. We took a guided tour bus to get here Highly recommended!

This is a fantastic place to learn about the rich history of Antigua and Barbuda while enjoying some of the most breathtaking panoramic views on the island. From here, you can take in stunning vistas of English Harbour, Nelson's Dockyard, Shirley Heights, and the surrounding coastline, making it an ideal stop for both history enthusiasts and photographers. The site is filled with fascinating historical significance, and the surrounding hills and summits each played an important role in protecting the harbor during Antigua's colonial era. Standing here, it's easy to imagine the strategic importance of this area centuries ago. The combination of well-preserved history, informative displays, and spectacular scenery makes this a must-visit destination. Whether you're interested in military history, local heritage, or simply want to experience some of the best views in Antigua, this location is well worth the visit.

The facility hosts a good 15 minutes presentation of the history and background of Antigua with a rotating light, props and video show. You can also get a good panoramic view of the surrounding outside the facility especially of nearby coves and the boats

My son loved learning about the history of the island through the video, and the views are definitely worth the drive up. If you are staying nearby (I think in the national park boundary) they will extend your pass to last for a week so you can visit the area multiple times and do some of the walks.
