Excellent service! Customer service line was super helpful. The drop-off at the hotel was seamless. Kristal was so kind and courteous. The pick-up from the hotel was seamless.
Pricing was reasonable and the car was in great condition. Exactly as hoped for.
We had a wonderful time visiting Speightstown, Animal Flower Cave, and Bathsheba.

Probably the best car rental agency in Barbados, period. They offer convenient pick up and drop off at Grantley Adams International Airport. Also, don’t forget your parking ticket from the rental agency to allow you to get out of paid parking. I highly recommend this car rental agency for the best value for your money. Two thumbs up!

Recently rented a jeep from sun cars-drive a magic car rental in Barbados. All pre booked before my arrival and all done with absolute ease and peace of mind. Excellent communication via email. Car was delivered to the hotel at my requested time along with excellent customer service from Akela who made everything crystal clear and easy to understand. We was even given a guide book and map with plenty of helpful tips. Would definitely recommend for car rental.

They rented me a Jimny with a broken trunk strut, so the trunk would not stay open and would slam on us when using it. Very dangerous especially with our kids. The kids seat we rented from them was also in a very bad state, and did not seem safe at all.
On top of this, when we returned the car the lady charged me an additional “excessive sand” fee, which seems absolutely ridiculous for a beach rental on Barbados. Additionally she also charged me another fee to top off the gas even though it was returned full. Not impressed, and will certainly use a different car hire company next time we visit Barbados.

Excellent service! I got a virtually new car! Very responsive. Easy online payment system. Even when you speak to a different rep on the phone, it’s seamless. This tells me that their system and structures are working well. I needed to extend my rental unexpectedly and no issues whatsoever.
