One of the male attendant brought my change to me after checking i realized that one of the bills was damaged so I informed him that I wanted it change and he told me that he is not going back inside......... not using RUBIS again I done

Kimberly was very rude and should not be your face of customer service. I came in there twice. Bought a pack of Shirley’s the first time and when I got to the register she looked at me as if I was supposed to tell her the price of the Shirley’s. Then after a 3 seconds of silence I handed her my money and she said not a word and dropped the change in my hand with an attitude. I believe in second chances of course so I didn’t take it to heart. I had forgotten my French vanilla so I headed back in the gas station after a while, and went to the cashier. Kimberly. Asked for the French vanilla and handed her the money. Again she placed the money in my hand as if we were at war. She then went to get the French vanilla and I was talking to my partner. “HELLOOOO” “FRENCH VANILLA?!????”. I was flabbergasted. All I could respond and say was yes. If I could redo it I would have said something differently however I chose peace. Put her in the back somewhere so she does not have to deal with customers. Do better please.

Some staff are lackadaisical and will see you drive in and not come to serve you. Or, you will drive up to the pump, sit for a while and no attendants come to you but they will go to other cars that arrived long after you did. That in addition to the fact that it is located at a 4 cross road with traffic lights, makes it a nightmare when the traffic is heavy and the gas station is full. Due to that and the multiple incidents of poor customer service, I will never spend my money there again.

3 stats cause of the new look it has but lord have mercy them need some new staff. Was there for 9 minutes before someone fully came to me to pump the gas and that happened twice. Do better!
