We just got home from renting a villa through Eden Rock. It was an absolutely amazing experience. We rent Villa Jnana, which has to have the best view and location on the island. Our concierge, Clem, was so kind and just the best. The hotel, the food, the beach, the water, the service…all perfection. We visited several other hotels while we were there and Eden Rock was our favorite. Everyone on the island was SO kind!!! Cannot wait to come back. The only negative is the insane driving / traffic 😂 But kind of added to the experience!

Ate at Sandbar twice for lunch during a recent visit to the island. Service, food, and ambiance were among the best we experienced in St. Barths. Servers and staff were so nice, polished, and accommodating. The tuna tartare ( one of our go to dishes) was the best we’ve had ANYWHERE! Oetker properties do not disappoint. We’ll be back whenever we visit the island!

Extremely disappointing experience.
During my visit, I suddenly felt extremely unwell after having a drink and completely lost control of the situation. I cannot say what caused it, but it was a very frightening experience. In the middle of everything, my glasses were thrown to the floor by a member of the staff and were broken.
Afterward, I contacted the restaurant by email to explain what had happened and asked for a response and compensation for my damaged glasses. Unfortunately, I never received any reply.
What disappointed me the most was not only the incident itself, but the complete lack of customer service afterward. I expected the management to at least investigate what happened or respond to my concerns.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place.

I did not stay here so this is simply for the restaurant, bar, lobby, and beach. It's beautiful and energetic. The bar scene is such a vibe and the beach is great. The location is perfect. Next time we are in St Barts we will stay here.

Beautiful grounds, luxurious with outstanding food. We didn’t stay here, and only visited for the day while lounging at Nikki Beach (which is right next door). Great location, great drinks & food, and amazingly attentive staff. Highly recommend.
