I recently had a deep tissue massage at Emerald Serenity and it was honestly one of the best I've had. The therapist was highly skilled and professional throughout, and I left feeling completely relaxed with all the tension worked out. The whole experience felt calm and well cared for from start to finish. I'd highly recommend this spa to anyone visiting Montserrat looking for genuine, quality treatment. Will definitely be back!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Emerald Serenity. We enjoyed the sauna (a first for us!) and appreciated the complimentary refreshments, including bottled and infused waters, teas, and watermelon. The pleasant ambiance and friendly service were the perfect complement. We plan to return on our next visit to Montserrat.

Jinelle is simply exceptional at what she does and has the utmost level of professionalism. She is also very knowledgeable about her services and products.
You enter the spa feeling one way and you leave feeling like a weight has been lifted from your shoulders!
I highly recommend her massages and facials!
