Great service so far. I'm looking forward to doing business with them in the future. Also, they sell way more than wood alone. Pictured are some of their dinnerware. They also sell a useful selection of furniture and cabinet hardware.

The owner is knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help. I learned a lot from our conversations. They have a wide selection of wood species to choose from.

This is a place to explore & find that “perfect” piece of wood - lovely mahogany and island woods - looking to try the river-tamarind :)

Customer service is abysmal. I didn't even make it into the store because my experience via telephone and email was so disappointing.
I will not be spending my money with this company, even though that means I have to use a different wood altogether.
Tired of businesses in Barbados offering poor customer service because they think customers have no other choice.

Has to be The Worst customer service on the island… Hands down!!
In store AND on the telephone, without fail!! I’ve never felt compelled to write a review before but this is my third experience with them and it only got worse.
