Awaiting a package that arrived on the 11th March and was delayed due to missing invoice. Invoice sent since the 15th March and to date still no word from FedEx. What is the point of shipping an urgently needed package via priority and send the necessary documents to then have no contact? And there's no local number to reach the branch here. Waste of time to contact the international call centre. Never again.

Used service twice. Extremely bad experience, terrible service, no communication, missing boxes… additionally being asked to pay additional money to be able to “clear”on private used items! when asked why - “Do you want to collect these items or not.” My worse shipping experience ever!
