Amazing service. I love all the communication, you know that you are being cared for and treated like family. Nothing like getting a phone call the same time you land. That comfort in knowing that someone is there, after the stressfulness of travel. Manny was a true delight. Forming knowing how long it takes to get your baggage to get where you are going. Great to have a friendly face and good conversation. What a beautiful way to welcome you to this beautiful island. Thank you.

Our Driver today was Carlos. He was flat out amazing. Very safe, knowledge about fun things to do in Puerto Rico, taught us about local drinks, and foods as well. Gave us a list to help us have the FULL Puerto Rico experience. I’ll be giving Carlos a call every time I visit now.

Excellent service, on time to meet us for a delayed arrival at SJU. We got in at 1:30 am! Our driver, David, was waiting at baggage claim and texted us the moment we landed. He was very helpful!
