Being from New York, anything to assist with the airport process is a blessing. We used first class experience flying into Aruba and back to ny .We were blown away from of the level of service and hospitality they provided. We used them for dinner for the further restaurants and they absolutely are the best. We most definitely will be using them anywhere they are offered. Milan and Ismael are complete gentlemen and couldn’t thank them enough. Thank you again first class experience

If you’re flying in and out of Aruba from another country, this VIP service is an absolute must. We were so fortunate to have Ne Hemie helping us, and she was incredible. She was fun, knowledgeable, and moved everything along so quickly.
We truly felt like we were getting the full VIP experience. We skipped every line through security and customs, which made the entire process so smooth and stress-free.
Her energy is amazing and she’s an absolute star. Highly recommend!

This is our 2nd time utilizing First Class Experience Aruba and we not only recommend this service but we’ll be using it for all our departures, every time.
Who doesn’t like being escorted to the front of the lines!!! Best service EVER!!!

It was my first time visiting Aruba and I am so happy I decided to book this service with First Class Experience Aruba!!! Amazing service from beginning to end and you get to skip the lines!! I even made a big error with information for my pickup and they adjusted quickly without any issues and were so kind about it! Thank you for an amazing experience.

We had an excellent experience with First Class Experience Aruba and especially our driver, Isla. From the moment we arrived, everything was professional, organized, and stress-free. The vehicles were extremely clean, comfortable, and always cool with the air conditioning running and ready for us, which was greatly appreciated in the Aruba heat.
Isla was absolutely wonderful — friendly, accommodating, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable about the island. He gave us amazing recommendations for restaurants, places to visit, beaches, and things to do, which honestly enhanced our entire trip experience. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure guests had a great time in Aruba.
The only downside for us was the pricing structure, although this seemed fairly common throughout the island for transportation services in general. Most rides were charged at a flat rate of around $100 each way regardless of distance, and we do feel pricing would make more sense if it were a bit more standardized based on how far you are actually traveling rather than one set rate per trip.
Overall though, the quality of service, professionalism, reliability, and overall experience with Isla and First Class Experience Aruba was excellent, and we would absolutely use them again for a future trip.
