I have been on hold longer than any customer should be i.e. over an hour ans still have not been able to connect eith a live person/representative. This is awful customer service. I have called several times for the day.

Horrible, from yesterday the wifi installed and upon until now, it's still not working, I tried calling flow and I can't get to anyone. I've never seen a wifi installed and still not working, just pissing me off.

Visited Flow located next to Sheraton Mall. Service leaves a lot to be desired. The reception person on her phone while staff waiting, shows a lack of customer care and disrespect. The worker I spoke with was very disinterested in resolving my issues. Advised what service we we're provided with without ascertaining any facts.or details. Felt like did not care about assisting just maintain me paying a hefty price plan. Obviously, Flow have little to no competition so are able to treat customers this way. I recommend Flow management to intensive training with front line staff to get them to treat customers effeciently and respectfully. Also, a complaints service would be good so management can identify individuals who constantly provide a poor service. Flow needs to do better in my opinion.

My home internet has been out for the past 5 days and I have been calling everyday as well as using their WhatsApp service. I am yet to receive a call about it being resolved. If you are considering this company don’t do it. Save yourself a lot of time. Very sad that we are limited to the companies we can use for broadband service in the Caribbean.

Just not great. Paying for a top tier internet in the house and I’m getting half of the speed I’m paying for. Tech support has come by the house multiple times last year, and yet still I’m constantly rebooting the modem. WiFi extender doesn’t even work upstairs, and their only solution was to tell me I should create another outlet in the hall- it’s barely even working downstairs so how would that solve the problem? I’m actually sitting here on LTE data writing this review, next to the modem bc the WiFi isn’t working. On top of all that, the few phone calls I’ve made have sent me to their WhatsApp, only to sit for hours back and forth with bots and humans only to solve nothing and continue to reset my query back to the beginning. I’m so tired of paying for the lack of quality. I hear Digicel is no better, so, are these companies just lucky they have no competition that they can continue to treat their paying customers this way? I’ll let you reader answer that one.
