Incredibly pleasant and efficient doctor Dr Rao knows his stuff. Nursing staff looked and acted bored and disinterested , not personable at all

I had a medical emergency with my father while on vacation from overseas. From the beginning it was just terrible, they wouldnt let you enter without a mask but they dont even have mask available. There was a long delay in him being seen because we had to go and BUY mask before entering. Just ridiculous!!. The staff in the back were making rude comments about my father as if he was drunk vs him actually having a stroke. Not a nice experience at all

Outstanding care provided by the staff at FMH. While on holiday I had the misfortune to suffer a fractured ankle and was transported by ambulance to FMH. Dr. Wharton and the nursing staff were professional and reassuring. Being out of your own country can be a bit anxiety producing. Staff at FMH put that to rest. And compared to the cost that would have been incurred in my country (U.S.) this was amazingly inexpensive. Would definitely recommend FMH.

I had to see the Dr here while on vacation. Nobody ever wants to see a Dr on vacation unless it’s really urgent, and my little girl was very sick. The Dr was very nice, and while I knew he was extremely busy he spent a lot of time with us as he knew I was very concerned for her. She got well with his advice and we were all very grateful.
It does take a while to be seen, but bear with him he will get to you he has a lot of patients to see, but he’s a very nice guy.
Thank you!!

The nurse I dealt with on Saturday May 5th 2018 at around 2 pm who had small sister locs...(I really which I had gotten her name)..was EXREMELEY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. So I came in to the medical center a couple of days after delivering my baby as I was in serious discomfort. The nurse showed no sympathy and treated me as though I was begging for a favour. I even told her that I was not pleased with how she was treating me and she gave me even more attitude..I have never received such treatment at a private clinic before. However, the doctor who saw me was extremely understanding of my situation and he seemed very concerned and he really cheered me up...I even ended up laughing at his jokes while in his office (even though it hurt to laugh)...his name was Dr. Watson. I believe that persons should treat everyone as they would want to be treated as life is funny and you never know what would happen down the road. Better customer service is needed FMH!!
