A nice recreational park for physical activities, picnic spot on any given day or for the kids to runaround with a playground.
Open to the general public for free...with easy access to the beach with lifeguard, there's bathroom facilities on location, along with free parking.

Folkstone is a multifaceted recreation area. There's something for everybody - from playground equipment for children, game courts for young adults, shady picnic areas for families, and of course the beach and the sea for all ages. We had a very wonderful and relaxed evening.
