It's a very well equipped gym. The machines are well preserved. It even has a lifting platform!
I was a bit stressed about finding my way to their door. Google maps messed up a bit, but it exists ! And it is 24hr but you need to be subscribed to enter. Otherwise there are specific hours when there is staff to let you in.
I was very excited to find such a gem here !
The staff was also very kind and helpful!

If you’re looking to get an effective workout while on vacation, look no further. It has all the equipment needed for maintenance. I love that it’s 24/7, and the weekly pass is relatively affordable. I think a couple are the owners. They were friendly people.

Not a bad setup at all. A bit pricey, but worth it considering they are the only gym in town. Our hotel (Rostrevor) had a vet small gym and the AC was broke, so we looked up this spot.
It was a bit out of the way from our hotel in the Gap, but otherwise, I can't really complain. Plenty of equipment, in good shape, and clean.

I'm at the moment here on barbados for a competition roger boyce and i love this gym. It has alot of gym equipments like really a lot. The staf is very friendly.

Having been a member of Forever Fitness since inception, I have absolutely no complaints and can't recommend it enough! Compared to the other gyms on the island it has all the necessary equipment and more, available 24/7. The owners and front desk staff are extremely friendly and accommodating.
