Great , local store for your food needs. Clean with many options of produce, packaged goods, frozen food, breads, and sundry items. Plenty of parking available, in walking distance from local timeshares. Prices are fair.

Nice little store with all the essentials. Although being an express store and the smallest out of all the Foster’s stores on the island, but it’s a nice little store with character, I really like the pictures of Stingray, blue iguana, parrot etc on the walls, really give the store character and make this store exotically Cayman. It’s got all the essentials including fresh meat & veg, medicine cupboard, milk & bread and even a coffee and pastry section, of course not to forget the Cayman rum cake stand.

A bit pricey, especially if you're converting USD, but this Foster's is in a very convenient location. It's across the street from The Wyndham and neighboring hotels. It's walkable and there's an ATM right by it if you need cash. You can find all your essentials here from toiletries to frozen goods and fresh produce. They also have a variety of West Indian snacks that brought me back to my childhood. Pro tip: buy a styrofoam cooler for ~$10-12 on your first day and get free ice from your hotel. You'll need it in the heat!

Convenient spot for your East End vacation grocery needs, you can't buy crazy stuff but you can definitely do your basics here, and they have toothpaste, shampoo, etc in case you forgot to pack something!
