I would never recommend anyone to go to this doctors office it has been the worst yet that I’ve ever been the front desk needs to learn manners and be sensitive in situations I took my daughter there 3 weeks ago she had an incident at school where she fell and hit her head and it was bleeding we took her to the nearest doc office for medical attention and no one was out front the lady at front desk was inside doc office probably helping out when she do come out she spoke to me so rudely and told me ohh she need the hospital and don’t let her sleep keep her awake in my head I was like what nonsense because also a nurse and where where in life would a place refuse medical on a child who was bleeding out anyways I took her and went to another private doc she got the help she needed in less then 20 mins she had a dressing no stitches and some medicine after 2 weeks it healed shame on this establishment poor service if u don’t want to work stay home

I made an appointment for 10.30, wasnt looked at until 12.30, WHAT IS THE POINT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU HAVE TO WAIT SO LONG?? Might as well just walked in...

My wife had fallen and was experiencing significant pain around the middle of her body, We went to the clinic which is drop in clinic and the medical staff were very professional and were able to diagnosis the problem and offer reassurance that nothing seriously wrong and prescribed some medication to relieve the pain. My wife left the clinic appreciative of the quality of care she received. We were tourists so a passport was required for service. Also being a drop in clinic it took a while to be seen but the wait was worth it.

Some times you have to wait long, but The service here is always great and the staff here is very friendly and helpful

Staff and doctors are patient and mannerly. Setup is organized and they will prioritize you if you're in critical condition. Otjee patients have usually been very understanding and orderly.
