Vegan Viv loves this store! I want to say Carlos is the most customer friendly guy cashier and more I've seen. He should definitely be in line for management, his helpfulness in getting registered with store is greatly appreciated since we are here for two months (no other cashier offers the option. Thank you Carlos may you be blessed for your work ethic, knowledge and kindness:)

two stars simply because it is one of the closest grocery stores to the area and actually has decent prices and a semi decent selection.
The customer service here though deserves ZERO stars. you're literally located in a populated tourist town, your employees should be aware of that. If you're having a bad day that is one thing, but i went in on two separate occasions and was treated rudely, like my presence was a nuisance and I needed to hurry up and get out of there. On one occasion I watched in horror as the cashier yelled at a customer like they were a toddler, it definitely didn't make me eager to move up in line to that cashier.
Again, you are located in a heavily populated tourist part of the island, people come from all over to be here, they are accustomed to their own natural way of life, so if you have an issue with that, you shouldn't be operating as a place for those folks to shop. OR YOU BE NICER TO THEM!!! IT AS SIMPLE AS APPROACHING FOLKS WITH KINDNESS. Something your employees really lack

So happy! They had Iceland extra creamy skyr yogurt! I’ve been looking for this on the mainland intermittently for a few years and was reunited with this yogurt in PR!

It's like a Whole Foods corner store, staff is great. We're here 2 months and go there often. Carlos is especially helpful...

Excellent customer service.The store has parking. They have everything you need when it comes to healthy products that are hard to find in regular supermarkets. Store is clean, modern and fully stocked. They also have fresh cooked food and ice creams. Great experience, highly recommended. The only con will be the prices, but you need to have in mind that this are high quality products.
