We received a very warm welcome, with really attentive and highly professional service throughout. It was the little touches that truly elevated the experience and did not go unnoticed. That alone would have made for a great evening, but the food was exceptional too.
We shared the crab cake and calamari starters, both of which were outstanding, beautifully fresh and full of flavour. For mains, we both chose the mahi mahi fish special, which was superb. For dessert, I had the chocolate fondant with ice cream, perfectly cooked, nicely risen and filled with rich, molten chocolate. My wife opted for the coconut panna cotta, which was equally beautifully presented and delicious.
A bottle of Sancerre rounded off the meal perfectly. We would highly recommend Fusion and extend a sincere thank you to the entire team for a wonderful evening.

Amazing dining experience.
Staff were super friendly and welcoming.
The food was out of this world.
Chicken Manchurian was spicy and so tasty.
The Red Thai chicken curry was the best I've ever tasted.

Initially, I was turned off and almost cancelled our anniversary dinner bc the hostess who answered the phone was extremely rude and abrupt. She tried to tell me that my anniversary reservation was for the wrong date like I don’t know when my anniversary is. She also had an attitude when I requested to move the reservation. When we arrived I confronted her and told her she was rude and unprofessional. She apologized.
She had confused me with a different reservation. Once we arrived, the second hostess was amazingly warm, helpful and professional. Our server Tiffany was outstanding. The food was delectable and delicious. They completely turned our initial experience around. Def would patronize here again as long the right staff are on shift .

We ate here recently, and it was fabulous. The restaurant has a fantastic vibe to it. It feels like some funky modern rooftop establishment that wouldn't be out of place in the fashionable cities of Europe. The service was welcoming, attentive, and friendly. The food is well presented and tasty.
The only minor issue we had, which I brought to a managers attention, and I won't mark them down for, was the oil that the Baklava starter was cooked in was a little old and needed changing. It slightly tainted the flavour, but again, it doesn't warrant knocking them down a star.

We originally were making our way to a sushi restaurant that was across the street to Fushion.
Due to the other restaurant and their yearly renovations we had to find another location. After walking around a little we were told to enjoy the view and food. We decided to order sushi as that was what we were wanting.
The restaurant was able to accommodate our noon reservation on the smoking patio which was ok but next time we highly recommend a booked reservation without all the cigar and smoking.
Our waitress Keisha was awesome friendly and super awesome.
Our food was ok nothing extremely great or super fresh which was surprising. But we were hungry so it filled the gap.
I think I would come back again to see how other food was. So I currently won’t recommend this on the top list of go to’s.
But we were greatly appreciated in the quick seating without reservations.
