Very convenient private ferry service to Anguilla. They picked us up at the airport and brought us right to the ferry. There was only one other couple on our boat so plenty of room. The captain and mate were very friendly and explained the local scenery on the trip. We received free drinks with our trip. A very easy and pleasant experience.

Awesome experience! Traveled from SXM to Anguilla. Both times we had the charter to ourselves and both Captain and Mate made the experience amazing. Clear and quick communication. Attentive and well appointed experience including a complimentary rum punch, beer and ginger candies.

On our trip from St. Maarten to Anguilla, GB Ferries left our suitcase on the dock. The woman at the desk in Anguilla offered no apology and only indicated that it would arrive on the next ferry. When the next ferry arrived 1.5 hours later (we had nothing to do but sit and wait for it), the tender on the ferry could see us waiting on the other side of immigration for his mistake.
We were told to knock on the window at immigration, which we did, but were told that our suitcase was not in the building yet, despite us watching it get brought in. After another 20 minutes, we finally asked again if the GB Ferries agent could do anything to help (fix their mistake), and she reluctantly went back into immigration and immediately came out with our luggage. Presumably, she could have retrieved our bag, which she knew we were waiting for, up to 20 minutes sooner.
People make mistakes all the time. How they respond to them is the important part. GB Ferries offered no apology and did nothing to expedite the return of our bag after they left it, literally, in another country. We'll try one of their competitors next time.

We splurged for the private ferry service to and from Anguilla and thought it was a great way to start and end our vacation. Fast, efficient, and friendly. Cold beers and rum punch for the ride. Thank you!

The boat ride was pleasant, fast and efficient, but the attendant at the dock was anything but. When we arrived at the ferry dock after the ride we had requested a transfer shuttle to the airport as we had booked it before and paid for it, but the rude lady that was “in charge” had other plans. She said we still had to pay $5 per person for a one minute ride to the airport. Now we would have walked but with a the amount of luggage we had it wasn’t in our best interest. As we were sorting out the situation the lady rolled her eyes and just walked out on us and started talking to her friend about how “useless and selfish” we were and then proceeded to tell us that this isn’t her job! This really escalated this entire situation. In the end the boat captains were very helpful as they helped bring our luggage to the airport by walking. Also a side note ur booking time is subject to change by hours. In the end would recommend for the boat but the organization of this needs to be changed
