I used Go Puerto Rico Shuttle as a first time solo traveler in Puerto Rico and the service was genuinely so amazing. My driver was Kevin R, he was super friendly and reliable. He made sure I got to where I was supposed to and a pleasure to talk to, very friendly and gave me good advice for the trip!

It was our first time in San Juan and we wanted our visit to be stress-free. When looking for a shuttle to take us from our hotel to our cruise ship and back again we found this company. They were fantastic! Our driver arrived right on time and was very friendly. We had heard horror stories about other people who used Uber being dropped off quite some distance from the ship and we got to witness it first hand. Our driver was shocked at how these customers were treated. He ensured that we were dropped off right where we needed to be, within a few steps from the entrance. On our return, we thought we were going to have to wait for well over an hour since we were off the ship so quickly. To our delight, we received a text that we could be picked up early if we wanted. Prices were reasonable, the website is very user-friendly, communication was just right and the drivers and dispatch people who took care of us were friendly and kind. I would definitely use Go Puerto Rico again.

Five stars! We recently had a fantastic experience with our transfer from the San Juan airport to El Conquistador. Our driver, Jesus, was absolutely wonderful—he was professional, punctual, and very kind. He made the ride smooth and stress-free, and his local knowledge was a great way to start our trip. We truly appreciated his excellent service and would highly recommend him to anyone traveling to the resort

Our experience with this shuttle service was very good overall. They picked us up right on time, which we really appreciated. The meeting point was a little hard to find at first, but their agent was very responsive on WhatsApp and quickly guided us to the right spot. Once we connected, we were on our way without any delay.
The driver was friendly and helpful, and the drive itself felt very safe and comfortable. We had requested a car seat, and while it wasn’t pre-installed when we arrived, it was available in the vehicle. It took a few minutes and a bit of maneuvering to get it properly installed, but we were able to sort it out and continue on our way.
Overall, a reliable and helpful service, and we appreciated the quick communication and safe ride.
