We found Chalkboard Pizzeria while passing through Barbados as tourists searching through Google reviews for a good pizza spot, and we’re so glad we came here! We called ahead to place a vegetarian order, and they were incredibly accommodating. We ordered the Spicy Farmer’s Market pizza, and they were happy to put the hot honey on only half since we’d never tried it before. When we arrived, we realized the pizzeria is located next to Hayman’s Market, a charming little market with local vendors. The atmosphere was so welcoming that we decided to eat outside instead of taking the pizza to go. The service truly stood out. One of the staff members checked on us several times to make sure everything was good, asked if we needed any extra sauce, and even brought us their pesto to try. He also gave us recommendations for what to order the next time we visit. As for the pizza, it was incredible. Easily one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. The crust was perfectly cooked, the toppings were fresh and flavorful, and every bite was balanced so well. If you’re visiting Barbados or you’re a local looking for fantastic pizza, I can’t recommend Chalkboard Pizzeria enough. Between the outstanding food, the warm hospitality, and the great atmosphere, this was one of the highlights of our trip. We can’t wait to come back!

Pizza 10/10! Jerk chicken pizza was amazing with the hot honey drizzle 😋 great service, great food. NGozi was very welcoming, we will be back the next time we visit Barbados!

Amazing pizza. Spicy farmers market and Margherita with mushrooms and olives added to one half. A struggle to find the place initially but well worth it. Service by Dorian was excellent too.

I was feeling for an authentic pizza flavor and thought to try Chalkboard Pizzeria at Haymans. From the time I parked and walked towards it, the smell told me that I had found the perfect place to fit my craving. The welcoming demanornfrom all the staff was truly a pleasure and a change from many other establishments. They were helpful and patient and instrumental during my choice dilemma and they even helped me curate the perfect pizza even before I had the chance to taste it. Upon arrival, the presentation was the true authentic pizza and then the tastes was indescribable coupled with their accompanying syrup. I will definitely go back and make here one of my go to.

This pizza has the *perfect* crust—light, chewy, and downright delightful! The sauce? Just as tasty, bringing it all together. The shop is tucked inside Hayman’s Maker, which is a cool hangout spot to shop, grab a bite, and chill. We arrived late, so most of the shops were closed, but the vibe was still great. Beautiful landscaping, plenty of seating, and a lot of parking make it a comfy stop. Just a heads-up: it’s cash only, but lucky for you, there’s an ATM right at the entrance of Hayman’s!
