Pooped in to this gem of a tourist spot. We just missed the animal feeding time but the monkies were still hanging ring the signal tower entrance. Very interesting interpretative Trail. The wild life park area was very interesting to walk through as well. Tons of animals for all to see.
Tickets are purchased on site very easily. Very friendly staff members.
Note++++ I was using crutches while here (pre trip Achilles injury). Not wheelchair or crutch friendly

This place doesn't have enough photos included of the actual site so I am adding some. The signal tower is beautifully revamped with some very interesting audio commentary that teaches you about the history of the power. The forest is gorgeous, if a little slippery because of the moss on the bricks, and there is also an Amerindian cave at one end of the forest that is very cool and is a habitat for fruit bats!
Be aware, the cave does not lead to another path so once you come out the other side there is a view point over the forest but you need to go back through. Other points are the forest could do with more maps because I was getting a bit lost, and the tower also has telescopes to view other towers but they aren't in focus. I told the attendant this though so hopefully it will be fixed soon but it doesn't really take away from the experience anyway!

This place is a gem for people looking to have a wild life experience. Animal here are not afraid of humans and they approach you and pass by you like nothing. I actually took a few selfies with monkeys and other animals. I recommend to go around 1pm since the animals are fed between 1:30pm-2pm. This means that all animals will meet in one spot so you can enjoy nature wild life at its best. Children will definitely love this place and so will adults..

This was an interesting attraction. The forest walk showed a side of Barbados we hadn't seen, the monkeys being a highlight. But the forest was peaceful and beautiful if not particularly awe inspiring. The lookout tower was great with views to the Atlantic and carribean. Plus a nice history display.

What a beautiful place to spend time. Don't forget to find out when they feed the monkeys, because you don't want to miss it! It would be fun to bring kids here, but keep an eye on them because monkeys bite!
