Ordered a jumbo shrimp platter and it came with mini shrimp. After speaking with them, they said the weight of the mini shrimp was equivalent to 6 jumbo shrimp, so they refused compensation. The mini shrimp does not at all look like it weighs the same as 6 jumbo shrimp, as per the photo. I suppose they can get away with selling “jumbo shrimp” as mini shrimp, thus I cannot recommend this place.

The food was ok but there was a hair in my wrap. The attitude of the women serving on the main counter was so disgusting I just threw it in the bin and left. I walked in they were standing and sitting around the till when I asked for service they looked at one another and acting like I was interrupting them. The only person I received a good service from was the lady in the purple shirt selling roti round the other side she was attentive and polite. Even with that you could not pay me money to go back there it's actually embarrassing

What to say, the horrible service, after spending more than 30 minutes waiting, they told us that we should change the order because one of the ingredients were over. It is a lack of respect for the client, the truth is that if you want to enjoy a good family day without consuming dislike, do not visit this site and avoid the bad day.

Food is good when you finally get it, but the service was extremely slow. Half the staff seemed to be chatting in the kitchen instead of helping customers.
We visited on April 17th and 18th, 2026, and unfortunately had the same shorter girl at the cash both times. She came across as quite rude and didn’t listen carefully to our orders, which were incorrect each time.
As a business owner myself, I understand that you’re only as strong as your staff, which is why I’m sharing this feedback for the owner’s awareness. We were a group of 7, and the overall experience was disappointing. A proper staff manager could increase production and address the issues that are being mentioned in other reviews also.
As of now, you are honestly better off saving your time and going to the food buses outside. The delays and attitude just weren’t worth it. We personally, won't be returning.

Grill master is always a life saver when there is no other option especially on Sundays.
the food is ok but over priced in my opinion, especially when it lunch time👍
service stinks ( I would recommend rewarding the girls with extra pay for delivering good service).
For The Atmosphere, because of the service I just want to get my order and get out .
