This is a dreadful place. Which starts with a fraudulent description on Airbnb and elsewhere. " Luxury & Beach ¨ Neither of which are true. Under no stretch of anyones imagination could this be described as Luxury. The rooms are old, dirty and disgusting. It would at best be considered a 2 star motel. There is no beach. They bring sand in by truck, to cover the extremely sharp needle like rocks. this sand does not last long given the weather and sea conditions. It is also described as peaceful. It is quite the opposite. and it's not private land. Anyone and everyone can and do walk in and around the property. Avoid like the plague. There is a video on YT for those who seek more information. I stayed 3 month and pre-paid via Airbnb, so I was stuck.

Harbour view was a great place to stay. The apartments are very clean. The staff is friendly. The view is beautiful. Staying here is so much more peaceful than at a bigger hotel. The snorkeling straight from the dock was incredible and you can see so many things.

Apartments are in a good location and the view is great. You could go snorkeling out front. The cruise shops go right by here. The rooms are older and outdated, need some TLC and basic tools but overall it's clean and in walking distance to lots of things.

Wonderful place to short or long term. Very quiet peaceful place to unwind and relax. Walking distance to 7 mile beach. Apartments are well equipped with all you need to fix meals in .Do to several food allergies, I rarely go to restaurants. Although there are a number of wonderful restaurants nearby within walking distance. There’s also a grocery store right across the street. The neighbors are quiet and the views from the rooms are spectacular! The I rarely go to restaurants. Although there are number of wonderful restaurants right next door and nearby within walking distance. There’s also a grocery store right across the street that has fresh salad, fruit, and hot meal bars where you can get a prepared meal to enjoy on your room. The neighbors are quiet and the views are spectacular! The property is located right at a coral reef. So you can snorkel right off the dock and see wonderful fish and marine life. Most importantly it’s a family run business and the family members are wonderfully welcoming and the staff are attentive to your needs. Many guests return every year and stay for extended periods of time. This is my 5th visit to Grand Cayman and my 3rd stay at Harbourview. It’s truly my home away from home!

Let's face it, if you're a tourist in Cayman it's expensive. This place is one is possibly the most affordable you'll find on short notice. It's location is central to the airport, restaurants, public beaches, and other attractions. It takes about 7 mins to get there from the airport without traffic and 20+ in traffic.
