The hotel is truly excellent, especially the location on the private beach. We stayed in a beachfront one-bedroom apartment, which was more than enough space for a family of two adults and two children. These apartments are perfectly located, literally right on the beach. In front of the room, there is a fairly spacious terrace with sun loungers, bordered by a low wall with the beach right behind it.
There are plenty of palm trees on the beach providing natural shade, with hammocks strung between them, and the loungers are spaced quite far apart, so the entire time we felt like the beach was just for us. I recommend water shoes for entering the sea. Although there aren't many live corals, there is a huge variety and quantity of fish, so the snorkeling was fantastic. The hotel grounds and pool are also excellent, with lots of greenery, and they are very clean and well-maintained.
An interesting note for smokers: the hotel has very nicely located smoking areas with a great view.
My only complaints are about the hotel restaurant. The food is okay and the view is even better, but the service isn't great (they forget orders, they're slow, and halfway through breakfast, croissants and other items run out, etc.). One more thing: it would be good if there were at least a small shop within the hotel where you could buy basic essentials, because grocery store is pretty far.

My husband and I stayed here the first week of February and had a wonderful stay. The room and grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. The front desk staff and dive shop team were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit. The location was perfect—we were able to walk to many places and easily grab taxis when needed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would happily stay here again!

DO NOT DIVE WITH THE DIVE SHOP AT THIS RESORT -The dive shop that this resort owns conducts dishonest business. We were never informed of the charges we would be charged when diving with them. When we were given the final itemized bill upon checking out, my husband and I were sticker-shocked. Almost $2,000 to dive 2 days!!! For days we did not even dive, we were charged the full price of the rental gear. WE WERE NEVER INFORMED OF THESE CHARGES DURING OUR ORIENTATION. Next, for the mandatory check dive which the park mandates (which was fine by us), we were charged for a full tank of oxygen and also the full price of the rental gear. The mandatory check dive takes all of 10 minutes in front of the dive shop for the purpose of buoyancy control and proper weights. Again, we were never informed of the charges for this. Had we known, we would have used up the full tank of oxygen and would have gone diving the same day, and as we had completed our check dive early in the morning the first day. We would have also gone diving our two days BACK TO BACK so that we wouldn't be charged for the 3 days the gear was just sitting in the locker. Or, we would have gladly put the gear back instead of storing in the locker. My husband and I have been diving for decades around the world, and we have never encountered such deceitful practices by a dive shop. It is quite shocking. It is even more unfortunate, as our divemaster Maya and other staff were very helpful and friendly. WHEN MY HUSBAND WENT TO SPEAK TO MANAGEMENT AT THE DIVE SHOP to communicate we were never told of these surplus charges, the employee just stated oh well it's written on the board. As if we are supposed to read every detail written on a board outside the dive shop. Unbelievable! What had been a relaxing and much-needed vacation, ultimately left a distinctively negative impression.

The location cannot be beat. It is beautiful, secluded, and very safe. The private beach is between two breakwaters and the water is very calm. Snorkeling is ok but there is very little healthy coral; there are quite a few fish though, so it is worthwhile.
The beachfront rooms are exceptional. Private porch, places to dry swimwear, wonderful showers and tubs, two toilets, nicely furnished.
Service is wonderful. The front desk is amazing and able to help with any request, from scooters to car rental to snorkeling expeditions to ping pong paddles.

We are brunch at their restaurant. Our group was told we could not book a table for 10 people 30 min before end of breakfast service, but allowed us to book 3 tables (for a total of 10 people). BTW, there was only one other table of 2 when we got there.
