103 Haylie Brae. We rented here and, although we loved the complex and the neighbours, this particular unit owner did not seem to understand how to run a luxury rental. We had problems with a variety of repair issues, while the property manager the owner was using really did not have a good grasp of repairs. She would try to do things cheaply which just made finding a real solution take that much longer. The AC units leaked all over the floor and were not repaired for over two weeks. The internet did not work properly throughout the unit. When we asked the owner to install extender, he refused, even though other units for rent in this complex install them because the concrete walls block signal. Finally, we gave up trying to deal with the constant repairs and found another place. So we would say rent in this complex, but not this particular unit.
