Made a reservation well in advance and received confirmation email, to be then informed 4 days to my trip they have no cars available

Arrived Saturday with a pre-confirmed reservation and they weren’t there. Unclear if it closed but the worker from another company said closed up earlier that week. Now can’t get anyone to call us back and we have no car 🙄

We had abysmal time with this. We attempted to rent a car while in a foreign country and were told we could pick up the car on Monday. NO ONE told us that was holiday and that no one would be there.

Do not rent from this location. They did not honor my reservation. I only got a car 48 hours late, without any adjustments to my rate. Should not be in the Hertz system.
