Very clean, great customer service, and the ladies and gentlemen who help to bag your groceries make sure you get to your car safely they should get a raise other than that's a great store and it has everything that you need

Surprisingly the manager profiled me less than the security. Like seriously have mi key pohn mi loop and I'm shopping with my girlfriend. I feel so offended more while but its the only Hilo I enjoy. The one at 3z have horrible customer service. But you are profiled less.

Used to shop here but had moved out of the area. Went there due to getting a gift card. Couldn't find some of the items I would have wanted but was able to use the gift card to get a few items. The store was clean, aisles were properly labeled. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Customer service was okay here, but it would be good for them to get some space to store returned D&G bottles until the truck picks to hem up. It is a hassle to lug crates of bottles there only to hear that they have nowhere to put them.

Likely the only place open late when you need a supermarket. It’s opening Hours are definitely a huge plus, but if you think you’re going to be in and out think again. They rarely, if ever, have more than 2 cashiers working at once and so the lines are always long. You can go in for two (2) items and be there for half an hour. Also their prices are not competitive. I go there just because of the convenience
