The Hidden Gem is for sure hidden. A beautiful secluded space for family, friends, or even just individual relaxation. I attended a family reunion here and everything was PERFECT from the atmosphere, to setup, service and the friendliest and helpful of staff. The owner Ann-Marie was attentive and kind as ever, while Ameena was equally as kind and supportive to storing excess materials and positioning stations in the best areas. Not to mention Rudy, Corine and Chris were amazing and helpful with providing great service!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Highly recommend making this the spot to host your next event!

This location was very cute and decorated well! The hosts were nice when we arrived. However, there were a few issues which made our stay difficult and not pleasant. First, there are a ton of rules (no shoes in the house, can't go in the kitchen, etc.).. second if you happen to leave on the air conditioner in your room and leave for any amount of time, they WILL go in your locked room to turn it off even though you paid for that space and any use of it during that time. Also, during our stay there was EXTREME construction noises ALL DAY making it extremely unbearable to be in our room for any amount of time, causing us to have to leave early due to the growing headache these very loud noises caused. The final issue we encountered was that there is NO hot water. So be prepared to take a cold shower when on this property!

Hidden Gem is a 1000/10 when it comes to service and location. The name of the place truly speaks for itself and the pictures don’t do it any justice. I held my family reunion here and Ann-Marie, Ameena, Rudy, Coreen, and Kris went above and beyond when it came to service. They really exceeded my expectations and made it a memorable moment for my entire family. Please look no further when it comes to holding an event here. Hidden Gem is the place for you!

We celebrated our daughter's 16th birthday there. We only used the pool area, but it was lovely. The pool was clean. The area was well decorated with more than enough seating, access to a fridge, and a very clean bathroom. Easy to locate and very safe environment. Well recommended
