Amazing lush flower garden set along a bright flowing brook. The Welcome is as warm as the water is cool. Carol will charm you with bubbly cheer as she feeds you ripe pineapple and papaya from the garden as the baby goats scamper about. Be sure to buy some fresh lemons and herbal seasonings before heading out again on the main road just beyond the gate.

Hidden Gem Garden is a perfect paradise sitted near a refreshing river. The various bright/ radiant tropical flowers are so beautiful and calming ✨️ 💕 The owner, Carol is so welcoming and make you feel right at home, i just love her, always full of energy, laughter and great customer relation 😍😘🤩. As soon as you walk onto this hidden property, you are in a lush wonderland of exotic, tropical foliage that is hard to find elsewhere. Carol has a great variety of native plants, flowers and herbs for sale, and she raises goats, as well. In addition, she welcomes volunteers to stay and learn her techniques if you have the time and desire. The river behind is a joy to jump into at the end of a busy day, and the young goats will bring a smile to your face. Bunkhouse is clean and comfortable. Truly well- named as a “hidden gem”.

Carol runs a beautiful garden with herbs, fruits, vegetables, cacao, and flowers set in a luscious riverside landscape. I participated in her work exchange program where I assisted with her goats and property, while learning from her mastery. Carol is the real gem here! You will be very blessed to connect with her in the garden.

Amazing example of sustainable farming and gardening. Rick and Carol have a passion for the land and the people of Dominica. And Rick is a master story teller. Well worth the visit.
