There aren’t enough stars attached to this review to convey how both myself and my mom felt after the massage therapy session she received today.
An accident many years ago had left my mom with pain in her knees which later caused her to walk very rigid. After taking the leap I asked Jeffrey to do a session with her to see what he can do. In just an hour he did more than any of us could have imagined. Her before and after was like night versus day! And just to hear her talking about the experience, moving around and hugging him was so shocking because she is usually so reserved!
I would highly recommend anyone who has an injury and just need someone to take the time and care with them in their healing journey to choose Jeffrey.
Thank you Holos Health for the amazing work you have done and will continue to do!

Holos Health Inc. has proven to be an encouraging and positive space, built on team spirit, in which I can reach my fitness and overall health goals. The knowledge of the team goes well beyond "Certified Fitness Trainer" providing services such as massage and wellness coaching. In this sense, it is a compact hub promoting wholesome living! which is both convenient and FANTASTIC!
