We had an incredible stay at this hotel in St. Barths. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The entire staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful and impeccably clean. Every space—from the rooms to the common areas—was well maintained and thoughtfully designed, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. One of the highlights of our trip was the concierge team. They were truly outstanding and helped arrange everything seamlessly, from restaurant reservations to activities around the island. Their recommendations were spot-on and made the experience even more special. The food at the hotel was also fantastic. Every meal was delicious and the service at the restaurant matched the high standards of the rest of the property. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. Amazing service, a beautiful property, great staff, and excellent food. We can’t wait to come back to St. Barths and stay here again.

From the moment we arrived at the Hotel Manapany we were immediately put in a state of calm. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing with beautiful grounds, a stunning beach and peaceful pool areas. Every corner of this property feels like a little escape. What truly sets this hotel apart is Laura the Front office manager, her colleagues and all the staff. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel genuinely at home. They are warm, attentive and always eager to help whether it is recommending beaches to explore or suggesting great restaurants to try. After we made our reservation online Clara at the concierge desk reached out to me and was extremely helpful in arranging a rental car, spa and restaurant reservations. After our arrival the staff were always available via WhatsApp if I had any questions or requests. The rooms are immaculate and beautifully maintained, we had a room with an amazing view which made waking up to such serene surroundings each morning a highlight of our visit. The spa is wonderful and is the perfect place to unwind and fully embrace the peaceful vibe of the hotel. Dining at the hotel whether breakfast, lunch or dinner was delicious with beautifully prepared meals and a breakfast buffet with a wide selection. The restaurant staff always made sure we had everything we needed which made every dining experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Make sure to visit with the hotel turtles that hang around near the lunch area! Hotel Manapany is truly a special place where everything from the setting to the service comes together to create a relaxing and memorable stay!

Our stay at Hotel Manapany was exceptional, and what truly sets this place apart is the level of service. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They arranged a rental car for us in under 30 minutes when we were in a bind, and every request was handled quickly and graciously. What really stood out was when we found ourselves stranded at La Cafe at 1:30 AM with no taxis available — the team at Manapany literally rescued us and made sure we got back safely. That level of care and responsiveness is rare and made our experience unforgettable. Beautiful property, but even better people. Highly recommend.
