From the moment we arrived in the Dominican Republic, the service was outstanding. Hugo helped arrange a trusted driver from Punta Cana Airport to Bayahibe, which gave us so much peace of mind while traveling with five young children, all ages 6 and under. Feeling safe and well taken care of was our top priority, and they exceeded our expectations.
For the rest of our trip, Alexander handled our transfers from Bayahibe to Samaná and then back to Punta Cana. He was always on time, professional, responsible, and drove safely. He was also incredibly patient, flexible, and accommodating whenever our plans changed.
Although Hugo wasn’t our driver, he coordinated every detail behind the scenes. His communication was excellent from beginning to end, and he was always responsive, organized, and on top of everything, making the entire experience completely stress-free.
I highly recommend this transfer service to anyone visiting the Dominican Republic, especially families traveling with children. Reliable, trustworthy, and high-quality service. I would absolutely use them again.

Great company! They were able to arrange transportation from Santo Domingo to Las Terrenas for us with 2 car seats for my toddlers. Pick up and a drop off were seamless, and they included a translator as well. Safe, comfortable ride!

We use HugXander for all our transfers from El Catey airport and they have never let us down. Always on time, calm and safe driving, spotless air-conditioned vehicle and they handled our group of 5 with about ten bags without any problem. Hugo replies quickly and the service is warm from start to finish. They're now our go-to in Las Terrenas.
