This place of business needs an Inventory Clerk!!! Because how can I order a Part through WhatsApp the person who replied CONFIRMED the part is in stock, proceeded to give me instructions when i arrive to pull a number and on reaching the window provide the Hold number for the part, Followed instructions and whilst waiting for over 25 mins most being waiting for the part only to be told it's not in stock!!!! Also while waiting i heard 2 other persons being told the same thing. While I know mistakes can be made, 3 persons being turned back for the same reason Is UNACCEPTABLE..DO BETTER HUNTES!

Service.is helped by pre ordering on WhatsApp. This means less explaining needed in store but more importantly prevents unnecessary trip as your part is already pre ordered...staff helpful.

Parts and Items are usually good but customer service is extremely terrible. Staff always have an attitude. If you are going there don’t be surprised to be greeted with angry faces with terrible attitudes.

People spend their hard earned money with you all and to simply answer the phone to inquire about something y’all sold to me yall can’t get that do on top of that picking up the phone and putting it down in people ears I DO NOTTT recommend despicable service

Speedy, professional visit.
Staff were knowledgeable, polite and courteous.
The guy I dealt really knows his stuff and it was accurate for my make and model car.
Would definately patronise this establishment again!
