Management. Not general staff. Needs customer training. I had an issue today on Thursday 9th July at this branch and I did not appreciate the way I was spoken to at all. When the supervisor was called she came to me in a very curt, abrupt manner. No good afternoon, no pleasantries, no offer of assistance e.g. How Can I Help? Essentially I was initially told "Wuh you want me do?" It was only when I pressed the issue, aided by passers by who saw what happened that the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Even then though it left a bad taste in my mouth because I was made to feel as if I was begging for service. If I was white or had an accent I am sure I would have been spoken to differently. Even if you cannot resolve an issue to the customers' satisfaction there is a way to talk to people that shows respect. Highly disappointed by this event and will think twice before stepping in to an imart again for a looooong time. And this is coming from a loyal customer of many years and member of the loyalty programme.

This is one of the many conveniently located branches of the iMart stores. Due to my location at the time, Sheraton pharmacy was the best option to have my prescription filled. The pleasant pharmacist on duty was eventually able to quickly and efficiently dispatch the required medication. My biggest disappointment was that in this modern age of 2026 in the 21st century, the pharmacy still closes for lunch. I had to while away the time in the mall and return to avail of this service.

This was our first stop upon arriving to Barbados for our 2 week stay. We planned to stick up on supplies, how we the selection for food items is limited. Great place to grab a loaf of bread, peanut butter & jelly, and some cold beers! We did find the Famous Bajan hot sauce, which is quite spicy and delicious! Highly recommend you grab some while here.

Most of the women working the registers at this iMart seem to have very bad attitudes. They act like they hate their jobs, don’t greet customers, aren’t friendly, and appear especially unfriendly toward foreigners. I won’t be returning here.

The security was following my friends and I around and treating us like we were going to steal. She was also very rude telling us we were spending too much time looking at things.
