Giving 5 stars because of Mr. Raul’s kindness and quick assistance. He went out of his way to pick up our boxes. He was very apologetic for the inconvenience but at the same time did something to solve the scheduling issue we had on the pick up. Thank you Mr. Raul. Please extend our thanks to your colleague who helped you and to your boss for allowing you to leave your admin work to attend to our request.

My wife and I just had Edgar and Byron for the day to help us move house. We were very unprepared by our standards and they just stepped right up with help, boxes, tape and helpful sugestions. They were an absolute pleasure to work with.

My shipment was misplaced in their warehouse. When I did not receive the shipment I contacted the company whom did not return my calls and once the shipment was forwarded it arrived in poor condition with missing and damaged items. Clothing items had to be discarded due to mildew scent. Although the company admitted their error they have refused any compensation.

I used IMP in November to move from and apartment to a house across town. We didn’t have much furniture to move just a sectional couch and some boxes. They were friendly and finished the move in an hour and a bit. I would use them again, price was fair.

A disaster company who doesn't even reply to its customers emails. I don't even know where to start as I am still waiting to get my shipment 3 months later!!! Horrible service.....they just don't care. They do not reply, they do not follow up and it is impossible to get information......now I know why they do not accept credit cards as they are afraid payments could be reversed, so they accept ONLY bank transfer.
