We stayed @ Divi Little Bay in June & had massage on 6/27/25. I purchased the couple massage, which was wonderful and the ladies who handled the massages were wonderful. Very pleasant. The reason I marked down was due to pricing. The brochure pricing for two for couples package showed $395 and we were overcharged. Then when we tried to use a spa voucher for a discount was told we could not use it. We were told in advance we would be able to use it but was told no upon checkout. The receptionist at the front desk was not very friendly & customer service was lacking.

One of the best salon experiences I've ever had. The coffee was delicious, the pedicure was like something I've never had before, would absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone!

The ladies all try to give the best service but my favorite is Odalis! If it wasn’t for her I don’t think I would return. The receptionist needs to work on her professionalism!

I had a facial, massage and pedicure at the location in Divi Little Bay. The facial was very refreshing. I loved the facial scrub and Avenicia took her time to tweeze my stubborn chin hairs. I felt relaxed and at ease I actually fell asleep while she was massaging my neck.
My feet felt and looked so soft after my pedicure with Lourdes. She used a brown scrub that I wish I could have taken to use at home, the paraffin dip at the end was just what I needed after days of walking barefoot on the beach.
My massage with Olga was excellent! I left feeling relaxed with no tension in my muscles or joints.

My manicurist Glenny Martinez is incredible. She is a master at what she does and knows exactly how to make a woman feel beautiful. I always leave there extremely satisfied. I wish I could take her home with me
