Very chaotic and disorganized when it comes to check in and check out. I had to wait close to an hour to get my room key, even though I reserved months in advance. The establishment needs to have at least 3 people working front desk. One for checkins, one for checkouts and one for other matters. They only had one person doing everything, and an assistant who was in training. This is too much for one person, and it bodes for terrible customer service. There are a bunch of hidden charges when you check out, including a daily fee for cleaning service. The bar was great. They made the best drinks and the staff at both the restaurant and bar were amazing. The food was really good too. Location is great. They have access to a great beach front and are located on the St. Lawrence Gap. They are also only a 10 minute drive from the airport. This place is great for day visits, but I will choose to stay elsewhere if I return to Barbados for vacation.

Nice hotel. Nice rooms. Super nice staff, and that's what made the stay even better. It did get hot and felt like the ac wasn't cooling fast enough. I also had to unplug things to find an outlet to charge my phone, but we made it work. I enjoyed the hospitality and amazing customer service the front desk and restaurant staff showed. It was a super clean and comfortable hotel. Be aware of the music played on the Gap but I was able to sleep even with them playing late into the early morning. The views off the ocean were👌🏽. I would stay here again. Camille, Cynthia and everyone else (I forgot names😏) were super super nice and polite and sweet. Remember to slow down because you're in island time!

Great experience smooth check in and out. Customer service with the spa was poor, the expectation wa that i reach out to the spa employee via what's app to find out availability etc as opposed to front desk staff having that information and have the ability to schedule guests needles to say I attempted to get an appointment multiple times without succeeding. Restaurant area, bar and pool absolutely enjoyed!!.

Had a really lovely stay. The room was unusually comfortable. Only downside is that there's a wall mounted shower head, which means women will have to stand on their hands to get properly clean. Might be good to consider a more female friendly option next time you do remodeling. But, apart from that it was amazing. They really try to make you feel comfortable and happy here. The beach is beautiful, but unless you're into huge waves swimming won't be comfy. The restaurant buffet on Sunday was extremely expensive for the value, especially considering they were out of 4 of 7 of the warm breakfast food. But, really liked everything else😊

Really very impressive. It’s not flash or particularly classy but it does everything well. Easy reception with friendly helpful staff. Rooms are basic but clean and tidy. Location on Dover Beach is superb. Bar functional and restaurant (I only had breakfast there) was good. And one of the best breakfast views you can have. All in all very good basic hotel.
