The Mafalda Exhibit was wonderful. Pity that the exhibit was set in an area that had no AC. It was so hot that you felt so uncomfortable throughout the tour of the exhibit. The exhibit itself was excellent.

The book shop had some very interesting books that don’t seem to be widely available. I picked up a book of aphorisms by Eugenio María de Hostos that was accessible to me with a little AI translation - good stuff. A small collection of Luis Muñoz Rivera printed in 1963 was $1.

Instituto de Cultura Puertorriqueña offers fantastic art exhibits and shops featuring local artists. During the holidays, you can even catch a bit of live salsa, making it a lively and culturally rich experience.
