The Best!!! Alicia runs an outstanding car rental company - highly approachable and accessible, incredibly helpful, delivers anywhere on the island, immaculate and superb range of cars, incredibly good value for money. I’ve hired cars all over the world over the last 40 odd years and Alicia and Island Move Car Rentals are the best that I’ve had the pleasure of renting from. Also, Barbados is an incredibly beautiful and fascinating island with a huge number of brilliant things to see and do - I can’t recommend a car rental enough and Alicia is the best! Me and my son visited west coast, speightstown, holetown, Bridgetown, east coast, Bathsheba, fig tree drive, st Nicholas abbey, mount gay @ st Lucy, huntes gardens, Harrison’s cave, savanna garrison, George Washington house, BTC races, pebbles beach race horses at dawn, oistins fish fry. Alicia from Island Move is the BEST!!! Her service is second to none, and she is extremely professional and communicative. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their needs. She absolutely saved our trip when we needed a car last minute during peak season
and even found us a second car to cover the last few days of our trip. We will always be so greatful! We'll never be renting a car anywhere else in Barbados!!! Thank you Alicia!!!!!!

We had an excellent experience with this car rental company over the Christmas and New Year period. From start to finish, the service was seamless, professional, and incredibly reliable — especially impressive during such a busy holiday season.
The vehicle was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Pick-up and drop-off were smooth and stress-free, and communication throughout was clear, prompt, and friendly. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place, which gave us real peace of mind while travelling over the holidays.
The car was perfect for festive outings, family visits, and New Year plans — comfortable, fuel-efficient, and dependable in all conditions. It made a huge difference to our holiday experience.
I would highly recommend this service and will definitely be using them again. Thank you for such outstanding service during the festive period!

I’d like to record the professionalism and efficiency that The Island Move Car Rentals, in the person of Lisa, had with my family and me. Whenever I needed to communicate with her, Lisa promptly answered me, taking away all my doubts. She met us punctually at the Barbados Airport and delivered us a quite brand new Toyota Yaris, clean and well maintained. I can only thank The Island Move company and Lisa for contributing to making my stay in Barbados memorable.
